My day started bright and early at 7am, curiosity ran through my mind mixed with so much excitement. Standing in line, people strolled in from all over the world, all walks of life, some new to the experience as others were veterans. 8am sharp the doors open and it was time for breakfast. After breakfast, first up, Mark Zuckerberg is set to hit the stage to present the first keynote of the day. Mark’s statement is crystal clear. I loved that he went straight to the point. Let’s talk about it, honey! As were aware, Facebook faced a rough year with many data issues. So curiosity piqued as he geared towards touching more on this topic. Getting down to the nitty-gritty, Mark mentioned focusing on providing private interactions within there platforms, securing data, providing better tools for developers, and lots more. But you can tell providing trust within their consumers is there main focus. Are they perfect? No. So let's give them some time to show and prove. Mark also shared new upcoming features within its creator platforms Facebook, What’s App, Instagram, and the golden child Messenger. Ha! I say the golden child because F8 shined a lot of light on how Messenger is gearing up to change the world. I must admit, yes I have a Facebook account but I never knew the business capabilities of the Messenger app.

Besides being an app you would normally use to talk to friends and family. Messenger, will expand to help your business grow utilizing simple communication techniques to enhance the customer experience. Have you ever noticed how simplistic the communication was on the app? Yes, you're talking to a bot, but this bot honey child is gathering the information your providing to lead you in the right direction and eventually- a sale. Soon, there will even be messenger templates created to make your life a lot easier. Thank you, Facebook! Instagram, is still focusing on enhancing a shopping experience with collaborating with top influencers. And check this out, soon, Messenger, What’s App, and Instagram will be integrated together. Stop it! Because Facebook knows how annoying it can be leaving one platform to another.
